Len and Hilda Romanski. Thirty years ago, August 1980, after taking training in Pedorthic Foot care and special shoe fitting, opened the doors of Fosters Shoes. Their training combined with years of experience has given them the knowledge and skills to make even the most painful feet happy.

In his limited time off, Len enjoys spending time at the lake or tinkering in his workshop. Hilda enjoys hockey and is a die-hard Montreal Canadiens fan. She also enjoys reading and knitting.
Hartley – husband, father, and grandfather joined Foster's Shoes in 2008, giving Foster's Shoes the bragging rights to having the most unsurpassed shoe repair man in all of Saskatchewan. In his spare time Hartley finds pleasure fishing and doing a variety of fine crafts and wood working.
Roberta with her family emigrated from South Africa in 1997 to settle in Nipawin. As a Reflexologist Roberta operated a foot clinic until moving to Saskatoon in 2005 where she joined Foster's Shoes and furthered her training in foot health. Roberta has many hobbies including Golf, cooking and music. Roberta is always willing to lend a helping hand.
Ron has spent most of his life on the prairies joining Foster's Shoes in 2008 bringing much knowledge and experience with him. There is no task too big or small for Ron to conquer, a running ethunsiast, Ron also enjoys local theatre and housing international exchange students for the University of Saskatchewan. Ron is most happy when he is helping people.
Sarri, a very talented person moved from her home town of Prince Albert in 2000 to attend University here in Saskatoon. In 2007 with a BA under her belt it was Foster's good fortune to acquire Sarri as a valued employee. Sarri enjoys art, reading and playing board games with family and friends.
Sam, born and raised in Saskatoon, joined Foster's in 2008 on a part time schedule. Same brought with him a great attitude and is always happy to assist both customers and co-workers. Sam plays drums and back up vocal with his band the Sheepdogs, touring across Canada and the USA.
Kari is a bundle of energy ready and willing to get the job done. Kari joined Foster's Shoes in March of 2010 with a variety of experiences. Kari enjoys people especially seniors and she is also a lover of art and gardening.
